1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Yuktira. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yuktira's website, mobile portals, digital quoting systems, communication pipelines, custom 3D printing services, rapid prototyping facilities, and related web applications (collectively, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our website or engaging our services. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of our website, or by placing an order for custom 3D printing, designing, or manufacturing, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as all incorporated guidelines and policies. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, you must immediately cease accessing our website and refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Service and User Conduct

Yuktira provides comprehensive custom manufacturing services, specializing in 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS, and other technologies), computer-aided design (CAD) modeling, file slicing, rapid prototyping, and industrial model finishing.

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years of age (or have the consent and supervision of a legal guardian) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from uploading, designing, or requesting the manufacture of any 3D models or products that are illegal under national or local regulations, constitute weapons or operational components of lethal firearms, promote physical harm, violate third-party intellectual property, or are otherwise deemed hazardous or obscene by our production team. We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict account access to any user at our sole discretion.

3. Quotations, Design Files, and Printing Specifications

All pricing estimates generated by our website's automatic quotation tools are subject to engineering review and verification. While our automated slicing software strives to calculate volume, material, and labor metrics accurately, we reserve the right to revise or cancel any quote if we discover mesh errors, non-manifold geometry, wall thickness deficiencies, or other structural printability concerns in your uploaded files.

You acknowledge that 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process that carries inherent physical tolerances and aesthetic characteristics. Standard layer lines, support contact blemishes, minor warping, and nominal dimensional variances (typically within a tolerance range of +/- 0.2mm to 0.5mm depending on the selected plastic or resin material) are structural properties of additive fabrication and do not constitute manufacturing defects. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the technical tolerances and material specifications selected during the checkout process align with the functional demands of your end product.

4. Financial Terms, Pricing, and Payments

All prices and manufacturing costs quoted on our website, quotation documents, or WhatsApp communications are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly noted otherwise. Prices are subject to revision without notice based on material price fluctuations, energy tariffs, or machine maintenance costs.

An order is officially entered into our active production queue only upon our verification of full payment. We accept secure payments through online bank transfers, UPI transactions, Razorpay links, or other authorized financial gateways. If you share a screenshot of a transaction receipt, we will proceed with manual validation, and production will commence only after the funds are successfully verified by our accounting department.

5. Production Schedules, Shipping, and Deliveries

All production timelines, manufacturing schedules, and estimated delivery dates provided during the quotation or checkout phase are projections and do not represent strict, legally binding deadlines. While standard orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 7 business days, complex custom runs, high-volume orders, or custom design reviews may require 7 to 14 business days or more.

Shipping and courier dispatch are managed by independent third-party logistics firms. Yuktira is not responsible for any logistical delays, delivery failures, custom hold-ups, or delivery address sorting errors caused by our courier partners. Title and risk of loss for all custom manufactured parts transfer directly to you upon our handover of the package to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Defect Claims

Due to the highly customized, bespoke nature of custom 3D printing and digital fabrication, all orders are manufactured to order. Consequently, we cannot accept any returns, order cancellations, or refunds once raw material preparation or physical 3D printing has commenced.

If your physical order arrives with severe manufacturing defects that deviate significantly from your approved 3D design file, or if the wrong quantity or part was dispatched, you may be eligible for a free replacement or store credit. To submit a claim, you must notify our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. Your claim must include clear, high-resolution photographic and video evidence demonstrating the physical defect alongside the original packaging.

7. Intellectual Property Rights and Portfolio License

You retain all copyrights, proprietary interests, patents, and intellectual property rights in the 3D design files, digital models, and engineering drawings that you upload, email, or transmit to us. By submitting design files, you grant Yuktira a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, replicate, slice, modify, and physically manufacture your models solely to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.

You represent and warrant that you hold all required licenses, permissions, and rights to fabricate the submitted designs. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yuktira, its founders, and employees against any legal actions, claims, damages, or liabilities arising from third-party copyright or patent infringement claims relating to the designs you submitted.

To showcase our physical fabrication quality, we reserve the right to capture photographs, create video clips, or record time-lapses of the physical printed parts during or after manufacturing and publish them in our digital portfolio, website galleries, or social media channels. If your design is confidential, proprietary, or subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), you must formally notify us in writing before placing your order so that we can isolate your parts from our media workflows.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yuktira, its founders, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business profits, digital data loss, operational downtime, or product liability disputes arising from the use of our services or physical parts manufactured by us.

Our physical printed parts are prototypes and custom fabrications; they are not certified or certified for critical structural, load-bearing, medical, aerospace, or automotive safety applications unless certified in writing. You use the printed items at your own risk. In no event shall Yuktira's aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to this agreement exceed the total financial amount paid by you to Yuktira for the specific order under dispute.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate operational agreements under which we provide services to you shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal actions, litigation, disputes, or arbitrations arising from or associated with these Terms of Service or your relationship with Yuktira shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

10. Modifications to these Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms directly on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the website or our services following the publication of any changes to these Terms constitutes your complete acceptance of and agreement to be bound by those updated terms.
