1. Introduction and Scope

Yuktira ("we," "our," "us," or the "Company") operates the website and services associated with custom 3D printing, rapid prototyping, and digital design fabrication. We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of the personal data and digital design files shared by our users and customers ("you," "your," or "user").

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you access our website, utilize our quotation and manufacturing tools, interact with our automated systems (including WhatsApp business integration), or engage in transactions with us. By using our website and engaging our services, you explicitly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

In order to provide our customized additive manufacturing and prototyping services, we collect several categories of information from our users. This information is collected directly when you provide it to us, automatically as you navigate the site, or through third-party integrations such as communication and payment channels.

A. Personal Identification Data

When you initiate a quote request, register an account, or contact us to purchase services, we collect personally identifiable information. This includes your full name, telephone number (specifically your WhatsApp contact number for operational notifications), email address, delivery and billing address, and local postal index number (PIN code).

B. Proprietary Design and 3D Files

To fabricate your models, we collect and store digital 3D models, computer-aided design (CAD) files, stereolithography (STL) files, OBJ files, and other technical specifications or instructions uploaded through our website or transmitted via email or chat. These files contain technical data which we process solely for manufacturing evaluation, slicing, and physical fabrication.

C. Transaction and Payment Details

We collect transaction-related details necessary to verify payments, including transaction reference numbers, screenshots of payment receipts shared by you for manual validation, and payment status flags. Please note that we do not directly collect, process, or store credit/debit card details or bank credentials on our systems; all financial processing is managed by our secure third-party payment gateways (such as UPI, Razorpay, or other licensed payment service providers).

D. Communication History

We maintain records of all support tickets, emails, phone calls, and automated chat interactions (such as WhatsApp conversations, chat history, and shared media) to track order status, resolve customer issues, and ensure quality control.

3. How We Use Your Information

The primary purpose of collecting your information is to facilitate custom physical manufacturing and deliver an optimal user experience. Specifically, we utilize your data for the following legitimate business purposes:

Order Fulfillment and Logistics: We use your contact info, 3D design files, and physical address to analyze structural printability, estimate costs, manufacture physical parts, and arrange logistics or delivery via third-party courier services.

Customer Support and Order Tracking: We utilize your phone number and email to send automated order status updates, payment confirmations, shipment tracking numbers, and to reach out if we detect slicing or design errors in your uploaded files. A significant portion of this communication is managed through WhatsApp to provide quick response times.

Service Improvement: We analyze anonymized usage patterns, feedback, and technical metadata to diagnose server performance, optimize website responsiveness, enhance our automated slicing utilities, and refine our physical fabrication guidelines.

4. Information Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

We respect your privacy and enforce strict controls surrounding who can access your personal data. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal identification data, communication history, or proprietary 3D design files to third-party advertisers, brokers, or external entities.

However, we may share specific subsets of your information with trusted third-party service providers to execute core operational workflows. This includes sharing your shipping address and contact details with shipping partners to deliver your printed parts, and sending transaction tokens to licensed payment gateways to process transactions. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any marketing or non-operational activities.

We also reserve the right to disclose personal data under exceptional circumstances if required to do so by applicable law, in response to valid court subpoenas, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, and physical safety of Yuktira, our employees, or our user community.

5. Data Retention and Security Protocols

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and digital safeguards designed to secure your personal data and protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or database storage mechanism can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure; we cannot guarantee or warrant the absolute security of your shared files or personal information.

Personally identifiable data and communication logs are retained on our servers for up to one year to facilitate order history reviews, customer support queries, and accounting audits. Proprietary 3D design files are stored securely in our system for a limited duration of up to ninety days following order completion to allow for re-printing or physical quality inspection, after which they are permanently deleted from our servers unless a long-term storage agreement has been established.

6. Cookies and Tracking Mechanisms

Our website utilizes basic session cookies and technical local storage tokens to facilitate core browsing functions, preserve shopping cart states, and retain active authorization sessions. These tracking mechanisms do not harvest behavioral profiles or track your cross-site activities. You may disable cookies in your web browser settings; however, doing so may restrict access to several interactive elements and online quoting features of our site.

7. Rights of the User and Data Deletion

As a user, you possess fundamental rights regarding the management of your personal information. You have the right to request a digital export of the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to any outdated or inaccurate details, or object to specific processing workflows.

You may also request the immediate and permanent deletion of your personal data and uploaded 3D files from our systems. Upon receiving a valid request, we will expunge all records, except for transactional details we are legally mandated to retain for tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance. To exercise these rights, please contact our privacy compliance team via WhatsApp or email using the contact details provided below.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at our discretion to reflect regulatory shifts, security updates, or changes in our manufacturing workflow. Any revisions will be accompanied by an updated "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of our data protection practices. Your continued usage of the website or our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the revised policy terms.
